Our Story

After twelve years in restaurant kitchens, the founder of Nuanwan Shitang transitioned from employee to owner, channeling years of culinary experience into the heart of this small restaurant.

We insist on made-to-order cooking — our broth is simmered from pork bones and vegetables, and our sauces are crafted in-house. Every bowl is prepared with care, focused on great flavor served piping hot, without chasing trends or social media fame.
